Clubhouse-Rental-Rules1

If you are interested in renting the clubhouse, please go to the page marked CLUBHOUSE to view the application and contact person for submission of the application.

The clubhouse has a $225.00 rental fee and $300.00 refundable deposit. ONLY RESIDENTS may RENT AND USE the clubhouse.

The contract, which must be signed, is on the Regency Hills website. Your rental date is not confirmed until the signed contract, $225.00 rental fee (cashier check or money order ONLY) and $300 (check) refundable deposit has been submitted. You will have a walk through on the day of, or day prior to the rental depending on the time of your function. You will also have a walk through after you have finished using the clubhouse and the clubhouse must be in the same condition it was at that the time of your rental for the return of your deposit.

 

REGENCY HILLS POOL RULES

Pool Hours
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

 

• Admission to the pool will be limited to residents in “good financial standing” (which means zero outstanding balance due) and a maximum of four (4) guests.

• Each household will be issued (1) electronic access card that opens the gate at the pool. If a replacement card is needed, a resident may purchase one for $25. You must contact CMA to obtain a replacement card. Anyone without a card will not be permitted in the pool area. The card must be scanned to enter the pool area.

• The gate must close behind each entry and must remain closed at all times. Holding or propping open the gate is considered a violation and violators may have privileges suspended.

• Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool area without adult supervision.

• The Pool closes at 8:00 pm. Only persons over age 21 are allowed to use the pool after 8:00 pm. Persons using the pool after 8:00 pm swim at their own risk.

• The pool may be closed for maintenance, health conditions, weather, or any other reason deemed necessary by the lifeguard or HOA.

• Persons with open cuts, wounds, sores, or blisters may not use the pool due to health risks.

• Children that are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits.

• No pets in the pool area.

• No running, diving, flipping or backward jumping off the poolside.

• No intoxicated persons permitted in the pool area.

• No glass or any breakable containers permitted within the fenced-in pool area. No smoking in the pool area.

• No food or drinks permitted in the water or within 5 feet of the water. Trash receptacles are provided; please use them.

• Remember trash pickup is only once a week so take all party trash and pizza boxes home with you as they attract bugs and bees.

• Only swimming apparel is allowed. No cut-offs please.

• Skates, skateboards and bikes are not permitted in the pool area, basketball court or tennis courts.

• The lifeguard is in charge of the pool. Anyone asked to leave and does not comply will be considered trespassing and may be removed by the police.

• The phone at the pool is strictly for 911 emergencies only. DO NOT MAKE PERSONAL CALLS FROM THE PHONE.

WATER SLIDE RULES

• Only one (1) person at a time.

• Feet first only.

• The slide area will be cleared and checked before sliding down.

• No objects, including toys or floats on the slide at any time (life preservers are the only exception).

• No stopping or walking on slide

• Report all incidents to the lifeguard first and to Community Management Associates, Inc. (CMA) at 404-835-9235 or call 911 for emergencies.
