Sheppard v. Regency Hills Lawsuit – Order of Dismissal of Claims

Attached is the Order issued by Judge Shoob in the lawsuit filed by residents Julius and Marilyn Sheppard against the Regency Hills Community Association, CMA and NMA.  The Order dated December 4, 2015 dismisses the majority of the claims that the Sheppards included in their lawsuit.  Our insurer has retained counsel for Regency Hills who is continuing to vigorously defend the Association.
