NEW SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
In addition to onsite security being provided by TACTICAL SECURITY, we now have a new security and surveillance system to protect the common property. SYSTEM 5 is the vendor and will be at upcoming homeowners meeting to discuss a Neighborhood Watch program. Come to the Homeowner meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 to find out more about YOUR

Did you Know……?
- Backboards of basketball goals should be perpendicular to the street and must be white, beige, clear or light grey; the post should be painted black.
- Trash receptacles should not be visible from the street.
- All cars parked in open view and not in a garage must be operable and may not be unsightly.
- Any alterations to the outside of your home must be approved by the Covenants Committee. You can obtain a modification request from Lydia Whitner, Property Manager at Lydia.Whitner@nma-atlanta.com. Please allow up to 30 days for approval. Please refer to your Declaration of Protective Covenants and Design Guidelines for detailed information.
