New- Armbands for Amenity Access

Dear Neighbors,

Pool Season is here and we need your help to make it successful!

Quick Reminders…

POOL HOURS ARE: 11AM-9PM

LIFEGUARD HOURS 2PM-8PM  All residents and guest under 21 MUST leave the pool at 8:00 unless accompanied by an adult resident.

 

• • Admission to the pool will be limited to residents in “good financial standing” (which means zero outstanding balance due)

• Each household is only allowed 4 guest.  Our kids are using social media to invite friends. Please discuss the liability that creates for the neighborhood and the possibility of them losing their pool privileges.

 

• • Residents must remain at the pool with their guests.
  • Each household should have (1) electronic access card that opens the gate at the pool. If a replacement card is needed, a resident may purchase one for $25.
  • Anyone without a card will not be permitted in the pool area. The card must be scanned to enter the pool area.

• We are issuing armbands this year. All residents must wear their armbands while in the pool and basketball/Tennis courts.  See the times for armband pickup below.

 

• Frequent and random identification and guest number checks will be conducted. Anyone in violation will be asked to leave the pool.
