Covenant Violations COST YOU

Our community has recently experienced a rash of homeowners removing trees and making modifications to their property without following the proper procedures to do so. These violations result in costs to the Association to send notices to the homeowners, costs to pursue legal action when homeowners fail to remedy the violations and costs to our property values due to the destruction of the beauty of our community. Those costs are ultimately borne by the residents of Regency Hills.
