Yard of The Month

YARD OF THE MONTH IS HERE! 

The Landscape Committee, will start awarding Yard of the Month as of June 1^st and continue through August.   Yard of the Month will be awarded based upon the following criteria:

1) Neatness;

2) Weed Control

3) Covenant Compliance (e.g., trashcans, basketball goals, etc. )

4) Beautification. (e.g., flowers, bushes, etc.). 

In addition to a yard sign noting that you have been awarded the YARD OF THE MONTH, the winner’s name and yard pictures (with their permission) will be posted in an email blast and on the website along with receiving a prize.
