POOL SEASON and CAR DECALS

 As summer approaches, here is some important information:

•  This is a FRIENDLY REMINDER that ALL RESIDENTS must have a REGENCY HILLS PHOTO IDENTIFICATION* by May 24th.  To ensure that pool use is by residents of OUR community, it is MANDATORY that you present a REGENCY HILLS PHOTO IDENTIFICATION to security to enter the pool.  Photos will be taken on May 24^th from 9-12 at the Clubhouse.  If cannot attend that photo session, please contact Suzy Ockleberry to obtain a Regency Hills photo identification at so1639@att.com.  *Homeowners who are current in their HOA dues will receive a photo identification.
•  Updated pool rules will be posted on the Regency Hills website – www.regencyhillsatlanta.com – and sent by email to residents before the pool opens. 
•  If you DO NOT have a pool key, replacements keys can be obtained for a LIMITED time for $5.00 from any member of the Board of Directors. 
• Each car of residents needs to have a CAR DECAL for security.  If you need a car decal, please contact a member of the Board of Directors.
