Informational Meeting and Clubhouse Furniture Give Away

REMINDER: Community Informational Meeting Saturday, February 15, 2014 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Do you have questions, concerns, suggestions or comments about the budget, amenities, committees, covenants or anything else regarding matters inside or outside Regency Hills?  If so, Board members will be present to hear from YOU. REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED This is also a chance to meet some of some of your neighbors.  We look forward to seeing you.

 CLUBHOUSE CLEAN UP

FREE FURNITURE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS

In an ongoing effort to improve our community, we will have a CLUBHOUSE CLEAN UP of the storeroom, exercise room and unused furniture. 

All identified furniture that is not being used in the Clubhouse will be available for residents for FREE on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis for pick up. 

You MUST pick up and haul away the furniture by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2014.  Any remaining furniture or discarded items will be donated to the Kidney Fund, Goodwill, Atlanta Furniture Bank.  Furniture available for pick up includes glass tables, sofas, chairs, planters and more.  If you have any questions, please contact Demetria Bethea – mecheb@aol.com
